Job description:

The Lab Manager will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations, including analytical equipment, ordering of materials, safety, guidance and management of toxic substances permits (~50% of time). The role also involves participation in various chemical R&D projects and frequent interactions with clients (~50% of time).

Position Requirements:

•Previous experience as a Lab Manager – required

•Hands-on experience working with chemical analytical instruments (HPLC, TGA, DSC, FTIR) – required

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (advanced degree – an advantage)

•Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure

•Creative and analytical thinking

•Fluency in English – required

•Biological background – a big advantage
