"Iterative Stochastic Elimination Algorithm for drug discovery by targeting and multi-targeting"
An algorithm for finding a set of good solutions to extremely complex combinatorial problems has been developed, in our lab and applied to many different issues associated with drug discovery. I will present some of the "history" of the algorithm and will focus on our most recent major applications in molecular discovery. Both for single targets as well as for multiple targets or anti-targets.
