BookIT System - FAQ

Receiving the error "Login Failed" after entering your username and password to the Bookit system means your username and/or password is incorrect. Please enter the ones used for accessing the faculty's computers (CCDOM).

Receiving the error "You are not allowed to Login to the system" after entering your username and password to the Bookit system means you are not yet associated to a supervisor's group/lab (ie. new student). Your supervisor should email your details to our IT consultant (Mr. Itzhak Alex, Aleksey.Itzhak@biu.ac.il), who will make the appropriate grouping.

All reservations should be done in advance. Reserving a slot after its time has passed is not possible (eg. reserving a 9:50 session at 10:00, etc.).

As long as your reservation's status is "Pending" work will not be possible. The instrument's supervisor must authorize your work, after having instructed you on the device.
